PANINI POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE, situated in Panini Rural Municipality ward no-7 Chibek, 22 km due east from Sandhikharka, was established in 2018 A.D., to provide technical education and vocational trainings related to Civil engineering, Forestry and based on need of community as well. the public TEVT institute in Arghakhanchi, is one of the constituent institutions of CTEVT. It aims to bring positive change in people regarding service and production using the modern technologies which enhance economic condition of individual contributing development of people, society and country. In order to ensure easy accessibility for people from remote areas, the institute will allocate some quotas for the janajati, mahila, and disadvantages group all over country from coming batch. The school has been offering Diploma in (Civil engineering & Forestry) program.
With the upgradation of infrastructure, the need to adopt the recent technological development and to initiate research and development activities to better cope with upcoming problems in future.
