Introduction

Background

PANINI POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE, the public TEVT institute in Arghakhanchi, is one of the constituent institutions of CTEVT. It is situated in Panini Rural Municipality ward no-7 Chibek, 22 km due east from Sandhikharka, the district headquarter of Arghakhanchi. It is recently established in 2018 A.D., to provide opportunities to the people of all over the country to train in technical education and vocational trainings related to Civil engineering, Forestry and based on need of community as well. So that the people can make positive change in service and production using the modern technologies resulting the improvement in economic condition of individual & living standard as well as to contribute in all over development of people and society of nation. In order to ensure easy accessibility for people from remote areas, the institute will allocate some quotas for the janajati, mahila, and disadvantages group all over country from coming batch. The school has been offering Diploma in (Civil engineering, Geomatics Engineering & Forestry) program.

Objectives

The general objective of PPI is to produce basic and middle level skilled human resources in the area of Civil Engineering & Forestry as well.

Specific Objectives are:

  • Ensure quality standards of Institution for sustainability
  • Produce 2000 Highly Employable (including short term training) TVET Graduates by 2023.
  • Establish as a center of excellence in forestry & civil engineering technology.
